ScopeThe study of change management is crucial to every organization in improving their operational efficiency, productivity, competitive advantages and bringing change into their environment. As such the scope of change management covers every organization including government departments, public sectors, private sectors, manufacturing companies, industries, banks, nonprofit organizations etc.
ObjectiveThe objective of the course is to teach methodology of change management and how it helps an organization in improving efficiency by way of finding constraints, wastages and other bottlenecks and bringing quantifiable improvements in their overall performance.
